A new Reuters/Ipsos poll shows Donald Trump’s support has surged and he is now just one percentage point behind Hillary Clinton in the presidential race among likely voters, 41% to 40%, with 19% undecided.
As recently as last week, Clinton led Trump by around 13 points in the poll.
