President Trump told the Daily Caller that he is “confined” to a list of 25 potential Supreme Court nominees that his administration released in 2017 for his next pick for the top court.
The list, which was first released during the 2016 presidential campaign, was compiled with the assistance of the Federalist Society and the Heritage Foundation.
