Politico sees Pete Buttigieg rising after his combative performance in the last Democratic debate. The data points cited include continued fundraising success and crowds in Iowa which seem a little bigger and a little more energetic. Yesterday, a new USA Today/Suffolk poll in Iowa found Buttigieg with 13% support, up 7 points since early summer.
