Boris Johnson Orders Citizens to Stay at Home

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson ordered all citizens to stay home and all non-essential businesses closed, the BBC reports.

Said Johnson: “The time has now come for us all to do more.”

And he warned: “If you don’t follow the rules the police will have the powers to enforce them, including through fines and dispersing gatherings.”
