The Kansas Poison Control Center reported an increase of more than 40% in cleaning chemical cases, days after President Trump suggested that household disinfectants could be injected “almost as a cleaning,” the Topeka Capital Journal reports.
When asked by a reporter if he takes any responsibility for the spike in such calls, Trump answered: “No, I don’t,” CNN reports.
