President Trump held what was billed as a news conference by the White House and briefly spoke about U.S. policy towards Hong Kong and “terminating” the U.S. relationship with the WHO but did not address the death of George Floyd or the protests breaking out across the country.
He left the podium without taking any questions.
Earlier on Twitter, Trump attempted to clean up a statement about shooting looters, which many felt was inciting further violence in Minneapolis.
