A new Monmouth poll in Georgia finds Donald Trump edging Joe Biden in the presidential race, 47% to 46%.
The race remains tight when different likely voter models are applied. A model based on a higher level of turnout than 2016 puts the race at 48% Trump and 46% Biden while one reflecting lower turnout produces a similar 50% Trump and 45% Biden result.
In the U.S. Senate races, Sen. David Perdue (R) holds a 48% to 42% lead over challenger Jon Ossoff (D) in the regularly scheduled U.S. Senate election.
The other U.S. Senate seat will be decided by a special election, featuring a jungle primary which is currently a three-way race. Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R) leads with 23% support, followed by Doug Collins (R) at 22% support and Raphael Warnock (D) at 21% support.
