Sen. Thom Tillis (R-NC) announced he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the Washington Post reports.
Tillis is also a member of the Judiciary Committee and was at the White House event last weekend to unveil the Supreme Court nomination of Amy Coney Barrett.
Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) tweets: “We now have two members of the Senate Judiciary Committee who have tested positive for COVID, and there may be more. I wish my colleagues well. It is irresponsible and dangerous to move forward with a hearing, and there is absolutely no good reason to do so.”Save to Favorites
