Wall Street Journal: “The new group “Building Back Together” will be a 501(c)(4) nonprofit, which would allow it to operate without disclosing its donors. The administration officials said the organizers haven’t made decisions about the group’s budget and funding, including whether to voluntarily disclose donors.”
