McConnell Rules Out Tax Hikes for Infrastructure

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said Republicans will not support the tax increases proposed by President Biden to pay for his infrastructure plan, Politico reports.

Said McConnell: “We’re not interested in re-opening the 2017 tax bill. We both made that clear with the president. That’s our red line.”
