Andrew Giuliani Launches Bid for New York Governor

Andrew Giuliani (R), the son of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, announced Tuesday that he’s officially running for governor of the state in 2022, NBC News reports.

Said Giuliani to the New York Post: “I’m a politician out of the womb. It’s in my DNA.”

He added: “Giuliani vs. Cuomo. Holy smokes. It’s Muhammad Ali vs. Joe Frazier. We can sell tickets at Madison Square Garden.”

Gov. Andrew Cuomo hasn’t had a lot of good news lately, but he would certainly welcome Giuliani as an opponent.

Same Election. Different Stories.

Election Day brings a flood of political news — and which sources you follow can shape the story you see.

That's why I appreciate what Ground News does. It shows how the same story is covered across the political spectrum — and highlights important stories that one side may be ignoring entirely.

And when the votes are counted and everyone starts debating what they mean, it's a useful way to get a broader view.
