Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) told the Washington Post that a bipartisan group of senators have reached an agreement on the overall size of an infrastructure package, how much it’ll spend on each provision and how they’ll pay for it.
Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) told NBC News they’ve reached a “general agreement” on a package.
However, Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT), who is a member of the group, said an agreement was “news to me.”
