Milwaukee City Councilwoman Chantia Lewis (D), who is running for the Senate seat held by Ron Johnson (R-WI), was charged with four felonies for allegedly stealing $21,000 from her own campaign and lying about it, The Hill reports.

Goddard earned degrees from Vassar College and Harvard University. He lives in New York with his wife and three sons.
