Bobby Valentine, the former manager of the New York Mets and the Boston Red Sox, lost his bid to become mayor of Stamford, Connecticut while he complained about people voting more than once, the New York Daily News reports.
Said Valentine: “It makes my stomach turn to think that in our city, that they’re actually telling me now, ‘Oh, someone voted in person and they forgot they voted absentee.'”
