Former President Donald Trump announced he is scrapping a planned news conference on the one-year anniversary of the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, The Hill reports.
Trump claimed he canceled the event over the “total bias and dishonesty” of the House select committee investigating the riot, as well as the “fake news media.”
