Two former Trump administration officials — Marc Short and Kash Patel — were seen Thursday at the Washington, DC, federal courthouse where the grand jury investigating the January 6 US Capitol attack meets, CNN reports.
Renato Mariotti: “If I represented Kash Patel, I would advise him not to testify before the grand jury unless he received a grant of immunity. Ordinarily this would lead me to believe that he has flipped. But I wouldn’t be surprised if he received bad legal advice or is ignoring legal advice.”
