Ex-GOP Candidate Pleads Guilty to Stalking Charges

Marty Nothstein (R), once celebrated as an Olympic cycling gold medalist and Pennsylvania congressional candidate, acknowledged his guilt in a stalking case involving his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend, the Allentown Morning Call reports.

“A criminal complaint alleged he engaged in a nearly yearlong campaign of harassment by driving past their homes, damaging their cars, sending anonymous letters with vulgar sexual references and attempting to smear the boyfriend with false accusations of sexual misconduct.”
