He covered up hush money to his mistresses, made overtures to Russia ‘if you’re listening,’ held up funding for Ukraine, put the squeeze on Georgia election officials to ‘find the votes,’ and incited the January 6th insurrection all in pursuit of the same goal: to win presidential elections—and then, when he lost in 2020, to overturn the results.”
