Trump to Be Arraigned This Afternoon

Donald Trump’s arraignment will be held at 3 p.m. ET at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The Miami Herald reports the hearing Tuesday will be overseen by Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman, though the case was assigned to Judge Aileen Cannon, who was appointed to the bench by Trump.

After the hearing, Trump will travel to New Jersey for a speech at his golf club in Bedminster on Tuesday night.

Taegan Goddard is the founder of Political Wire, one of the earliest and most influential political web sites. He also runs Political Job Hunt, Electoral Vote Map and the Political Dictionary.
