Why I Think Joe Manchin Will Run for President

Sen. Joe Manchin’s (D-WV) announcement that he would not run for re-election was bad news for Senate Democrats in their efforts to keep control of the upper chamber.

But it’s also potentially bad news for President Biden if Manchin decides to run for president.
