Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) said in a letter to the White House Tuesday that the House won’t pass aid to Ukraine unless Congress enacts “transformative change to our nation’s border security laws.”
This is the latest signal yet that U.S. assistance for Ukraine is in serious jeopardy.
