“A federal judge threatened Tuesday to hold former Trump White House adviser Peter Navarro in contempt of court for defying her order to return dozens — and perhaps hundreds — of presidential records to the National Archives,” Politico reports.
“It’s the latest legal headache for Navarro, who is slated to report to federal prison within weeks for a 2023 conviction for defying a subpoena from the congressional Jan. 6 select committee.”
