“That clerk, Jose Alba, became the face of alleged over-prosecution by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who’s brought the hush money case against Trump. Alba was charged with second-degree murder and spent time in jail on Rikers Island before his case was dropped amid widespread outcry and lack of evidence.”
