“A federal judge has rescinded his order from last week barring Stewart Rhodes, the leader of the Oath Keepers militia, from entering Washington without his permission,” the New York Times reports.
“In reversing himself, the judge, Amit Mehta, said he agreed with Trump’s new U.S. attorney in Washington, Ed Martin, who had argued that the commutation of sentence extended not just to jail time but also to any post-release supervision as well.”
