Zelensky Says There’s a U.S. Minerals Deal

“President Volodymyr Zelensky said he had reached a deal with the U.S. over Ukraine’s mineral resources but many details remain to be worked out before any money starts flowing,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

“The exact arrangement between the two countries—including exactly how the fund would be set up and any potential security guarantees for Ukraine—will need to be worked out in future agreements.”
