Trump Addresses a Joint Session of Congress

President Trump will make a highly-anticipated speech at a joint session of Congress tonight at 9 p.m. ET.

Punchbowl News: “This is the first time the president has ever come back to Capitol Hill after five years to give a speech to a joint session.”
