Biden Spoke at Harvard in Private Study Group

Former President Joe Biden was slated to speak at Harvard’s Institute of Politics yesterday for an “off-the-record study group with his long-time adviser Mike Donilon,” the Harvard Crimson reports.

Playbook: “Biden’s presence on campus was kept extremely secretive: The IOP did not publicize the event, and only select students received invites the day before with very little detail. Essentially, the former president seems to have been smuggled in and out of the building. Very odd.”
