JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon defended Fed chair Jerome Powell in unusually strong terms, warning that “playing around with the Fed can have adverse consequences,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

Said Dimon: “Playing around with the Fed can have adverse consequences, the absolute opposite of what you might be hoping for.”
