“Tesla’s board approved a compensation package consisting of 96 million shares of restricted stock to Chief Executive Elon Musk after earlier pay packages were struck down by a judge,” the Wall Street Journal reports.
“The electric-vehicle maker said its interim award will vest two years after being approved, subject to Musk’s continued service as CEO or executive officer responsible for product development or operations.”
