Days after an ICE agent fatally shot a Minneapolis woman in an incident that was captured on video, voters say by 82% to 18% say they have seen a video and 53% think the shooting was not justified and 35% think it was justified, and 12% did not offer an opinion, according to a new Quinnipiac poll.
