Obama Postpones Malaysia Visit Over Shutdown

President Obama “has postponed his trip to Malaysia in order to deal with partial government shutdown back home, throwing confusion over his forthcoming Asian visit that includes visits to three other countries, including gatherings attended by world leaders,” the Wall Street Journal reports.

The AP notes Obama “will still travel to Indonesia and Brunei,
but is calling off the final two stops in Malaysia and the Philippines.”
