Wall Street Journal: “Though aides plan to keep Mrs. Clinton’s events small, her fundraising apparatus cranked up Monday, with senior campaign officials holding a conference call aimed at recruiting people to raise the more than $1 billion her team hopes to collect for her presidential effort…”
“Media interest in Mrs. Clinton’s campaign is also expected to overwhelm many of her early events. The campaign is in early discussions with the White House Correspondents’ Association about limiting news coverage of Mrs. Clinton to a designated ‘pool’ reporter in events where space is limited. By contrast, Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign didn’t start using a pool reporter until about six months before Election Day.”
