Carson Says U.S. Should Block Middle East Refugees

Ben Carson said that “in the wake of the terrorist attacks in Paris, the United States should block refugees from the Middle East from coming to the United States,” the Washington Post reports.

He noted the attacks should remind Americans “that there are those out there who have a thirst for innocent blood in an attempt to spread their philosophy and their will across this globe. We must redouble our efforts and our resolve to resist them. Not only to contain them, but to eliminate that kind of hatred in the world.”
