Trump Makes a Big Play to His Base

When President Trump feels threatened, he usually does something to strengthen his support among his base.  That’s mainly how I interpret Trump’s decision banning transgender people from serving in the U.S. military. Trump’s attacks on Attorney General Jeff Sessions aren’t helping him with his most loyal supporters and this might be a good way to reconnect with them.
