Mark Murray: “I don’t think all of the ‘change’ elections we’ve had since 2006 have gotten enough attention. When I first started in political journalism in 1998, we had a series of status-quo elections (1998, 2000, 2002, even 2004). While we don’t know how 2018 will play out, it’s possible that it becomes the fourth-straight ‘change’ midterm election (after 2006, 2010, 2014).”
