President Trump concluded a historic meeting with North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong-un saying that denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula would begin “very quickly,” the New York Times reports.
In a joint statement, Mr. Trump “committed to provide security guarantees” to North Korea, and Mr. Kim “reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.”
