Trump Trails Generic Democrat In National Poll

A new Georgetown Battleground Poll finds 56% of voters have an unfavorable view of President Trump, as opposed to 42% with a favorable view of him.

If the election were held today, voters would pick the Democratic candidate over Trump by a margin of 50% to 42%.

Voters also say that President Trump should be impeached and sent to the Senate for a trial by a 51% to 46% margin.
