Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA) will likely still receive his taxpayer-funded congressional pension despite pleading guilty to felony conspiracy for misusing campaign funds to finance multiple extramarital affairs, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Hunter remains in Congress, although he said he would step down “shortly after the holidays.” He is to be sentenced March 17.
