Donald Trump and Joe Biden will have their last chance to present competing arguments side by side, with Trump trailing in national polls and at a significant campaign cash disadvantage.
The candidates’ microphones will be muted during parts of the debate to limit the crosstalk that marred the first debate.
The debate starts at 9 p.m. ET. It will be broadcast on every network and streamed on C-SPAN.
