Iowa Lawmaker Denies Help on Voting Restrictions Law

“A national conservative group is claiming credit for its work on a sweeping Iowa election law passed this year that cut early and Election Day voting. But the bill’s Republican sponsor said the group had nothing to do with the legislation,” the Des Moines Register reports.
