Has Kai Kahele Given Up On Washington?

Rep. Kai Kahele’s (D-HI), who is mulling a run for governor, has barely spent any time in Washington since the beginning of the year and has voted by proxy 96% of the time, Civil Beat reports.

Kahele has only cast five votes in person this year, all of them over the course of three days in January.
