Carolyn Maloney Apologizes for Saying Biden Won’t Run

Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-NY) walked back her comments suggesting that President Biden wouldn’t run for re-election in 2024.

Said Maloney, on CNN: “Mr. President, I apologize. I want you to run. I happen to think you won’t be running, but when you run or if you run, I will be there 100%. You have deserved it. You are a great president and thank you for everything you’ve done.”

Same Election. Different Stories.

Election Day brings a flood of political news — and which sources you follow can shape the story you see.

That's why I appreciate what Ground News does. It shows how the same story is covered across the political spectrum — and highlights important stories that one side may be ignoring entirely.

And when the votes are counted and everyone starts debating what they mean, it's a useful way to get a broader view.
