The January 6 committee subpoenaed Wisconsin’s House Speaker Robin Vos (R) over the weekend for testimony about a July phone call with former President Donald Trump, Politico reports.
According to CNN, Vos asked a federal judge in Wisconsin to block the subpoena, which called for him to testify at 10 a.m. ET on Monday.
