Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) writes for American Greatness that he cannot vote for Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) as Speaker of the House.
Writes Biggs: “I do not believe he will ever get to 218 votes, and I refuse to assist him in his effort to get those votes.”
Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) has also said he won’t ever vote for McCarthy.
