Scott Perry Says He Was ‘Betrayed’

Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA), a holdout against Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for speaker who has been in negotiations with him, tweets:

A deal is NOT done. When confidences are betrayed and leaks are directed, it’s even more difficult to trust. Totally unsatisfactory. I will not yield to the status quo.
