Senate Advances Standalone Aid Bill

The Senate voted to advance a bill to send $95 billion to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, 67 to 32, Punchbowl News reports.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said that the Senate will “keep working on this bill until the job is done.”

“There are still a few cloture votes before final passage, so Republicans still have a chance to derail this. But it’s a small win for Schumer and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.”
