Conservatives Continue Threats to Remove Mike Johnson

“Conservative rebels looking to oust Speaker Mike Johnson are continuing their threats despite former President Donald Trump’s words of support Monday,” Politico reports.

Said Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA): “It’s baffling hearing the establishment complain that it’s too much drama, too hard, and too risky to go through another Speaker race. Complete surrender is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.”

Said Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY): “We don’t expect to get everything, but we also won’t tolerate complete and total surrender.”
