Mohamed Khairullah (D), who is challenging Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-NJ) in a Democratic primary, “was arrested in 2002 on domestic violence charges after his then-wife accused him of assaulting her, but the criminal complaint was eventually dropped,” the New Jersey Globe reports.
Meanwhile, the New York Post reports Khairullah was denied security clearance to a White House event last year.
