5th House Democrat Calls on Biden to Step Aside

Rep. Angie Craig (D-MN) became the fifth Democrat in Congress to publicly call for President Biden to step down as the party’s presumptive nominee over concerns about his ability to take on Donald Trump, Axios reports.

Said Craig: “I think most people who agree it’s time – an increasing number – are just really hoping to give him space to do this on his own, but we’ll certainly amp up the public pressure as needed.”
