Trump Targets Swing State ‘Sometimes’ Voters

“The materials describe the 2020 Trump campaign’s reach-out efforts as ‘inefficient,’ and emphasize the campaign’s priorities of reaching more ‘quality’ contacts in its race to the Nov. 5 election.”
